The share buybacks by Zydus Lifesciences, Dhanuka Agritech as well as CyberTech Systems and Software are closing on Wednesday, offering the last chance for investors to tender shares in the offers cumulatively worth around Rs 1,185 crore.
Buyback refers to a corporate action where a company repurchases its own shares from existing shareholders, mostly at a premium to the market price. The record date for these three buybacks lapsed in May, hence investors taking fresh positions in the stocks today will not be eligible to tender shares in the buybacks.
