It can be a hugely competitive game when it comes to finding your dream home - and it's fair to say that the property market has seen a hectic year in 2022.
Bristol has recently been listed among some of the fastest moving property markets in the UK, according to property experts. It sits among South Gloucestershire, Plymouth, Swindon and Exeter with the title, which is said to be due to there "being more stock and choice in these areas".
However, a Bristol property expert recently predicted these soaring prices may not be here to stay as the cost of living crisis deepens across the UK. The South West region as a whole has rocketed in price since the pandemic driven by lots of people ditching London to be closer to the coast or to settle in the countryside.
