Zoe Kestan recently testified that she encountered Hunter Biden for a second time in New York City, where she witnessed him smoking crack during their trip. Kestan shared that a mutual friend had invited them to hang out, leading to her decision to spend a week with Biden at the SoHo Grande Hotel.
During their time together, Kestan observed Biden smoking crack, noting that he would do so approximately every 20 minutes. Despite his drug use, Kestan described Biden as 'incredibly friendly' and 'charming' in their interactions, which led her to develop feelings for him.
