It’s been a long time since we got to see Zion Williamson do incredible things with a basketball. With the Pelicans’ forward missing the entire 2021-2022 season because of a broken foot, we haven’t had the pleasure of watching Zion be Zion — throw down sick dunks, bully smaller defenders, etc., etc.
And for anyone who loves the NBA, there’s no other way to put it: That sucks!
But now that Williamson is healthy, we can start to get excited about his future again. During his youth basketball camp held in New Orleans on Saturday, Williamson decided to show off for the kids.
How? By throwing down a casual tomahawk dunk.

Yes, YES!!!
Check out the reaction from one young man who seemed shocked by Williamson’s vicious slam at half speed:

Adorable. To be fair: That’s how we watch dunks from Williamson, too.
