Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has said there is a "good chance" to end the war with Russia after accepting a proposal for a 30-day interim ceasefire.
Speaking after Russian leader Vladimir Putin restated his red lines on conditions required for any agreement, the embattled Ukrainian president wrote on social media platform X: "Right now, we have a good chance to end this war quickly and secure peace. We have solid security understandings with our European partners."
