  • Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced a trilateral meeting involving Ukrainian, US, and Russian officials scheduled for November.
  • A Ukrainian official rejected claims by Elon Musk that Kyiv breached Starlink's terms of use, confirming high-speed Starlink and Starshield services have now been restored.
  • Musk had claimed the Ukrainian military used Starlink “for offensive drone strikes to kill people”, in contravention of the terms of use.
  • Russian strikes hit a cargo vessel bound for Ukrainian ports, while Ukrainian drone attacks on the Russian border city of Belgorod killed four people.
  • Zelensky said that US ballistic missile warning systems and Starshield internet access have been fully restored following talks with US special envoy Steve Witkoff.
