Zayn Malik cancels US tour and cuts UK dates after Instagram post sent from hospital

Former One Direction star Zayn Malik has cancelled his upcoming US solo tour and two UK arena shows after it emerged he had recently been admitted to hospital.

The singer announced he will be reducing the number of shows on his upcoming tour, weeks after posting on social media from a hospital bed.
