A franchise legend and Super Bowl 47 hero, Baltimore Ravens great Jacoby Jones died earlier this year at the age of 40. In their home opener against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Ravens put together a beautiful tribute video to the electric playmaker that they played before the game.
But nothing can ever top someone playing on the field, paying proper homage.
In the third quarter, Lamar Jackson found second-year receiver Zay Flowers for a wide-open touchdown. Flowers proceeded to do Jones’ famous touchdown celebration, the “Choppa City Juke.” And he executed it perfectly.
I can’t think of a better way to honor a player who appreciated finding the end zone so much any time he had a chance to break open a game:

Good for Flowers for this gesture. Rest in peace to a Ravens legend.
