Z Group Architecture & Interior Design is a Colorado-based firm with deep roots and a modern approach to creating custom homes. From new builds to remodels, the company aspires to deliver tailored living experiences that reflect each client's lifestyle, values, and connection to the environment.
The company's legacy of design excellence dates back to 1952, when it was founded by Samuel J. Caudill, whose design philosophy was deeply inspired by the natural world. Over the decades, the practice evolved while staying committed to thoughtful and responsive architecture. In 2007, the firm adopted its current name, Z Group Architecture & Interior Design, marking a new chapter of expanded and sharpened vision.
