The Premier League transfer window might only have been open for five days but that has not stopped Tottenham from quickly putting their summer plans into action.
The north London outfit's managing director of football Fabio Paratici has been busy since the end of the season with Spurs having already brought Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster to the club on free transfers and now a deal for Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma has reached an advanced stage.
Tottenham have plenty more transfers in the pipeline with Antonio Conte wanting at least six new faces to strengthen his squad as they take on both the Premier League and the Champions League next season, as well as the incoming rule that states clubs can bring on five substitutes from a nine-strong bench in the league, and a bench of 12 in Europe.
