Youssoufa Moukoko's agent has confirmed the player remains in talks with Borussia Dortmund over a new contract. Manchester United have been linked to Moukoko, who is available on a free transfer at the end of the season, throughout this month and the striker is able to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with overseas clubs from the start of January.
Moukoko only celebrated his 18th birthday in November and he's one of Germany's most exciting prospects. The striker has contributed six goals and six assists for Dortmund this season and he played at the World Cup in Qatar.
However, his future remains uncertain, with his contract expiring at the end of the season and that has clubs on red alert. Moukoko's agent, Patrick Williams, also delivered an update on those talks this week, revealing nothing with Dortmund is agreed upon.

"I can confirm that we are not about to conclude a contract extension with Borussia Dortmund," Williams told Sky Germany.
"I can also assure you that the numbers that are circulating are simply not correct and Youssoufa [Moukoko] was never offered that much. But we are still in contact with Dortmund and will see what the next few days bring.
"A player like Youssoufa is interesting for every top club in the world, especially when he is free and has a future in the German national team."
United will look to sign a striker in the January transfer window, which opens on January 1.
