The mum of a young boy who suffers from a rare life-threatening condition has warned research into finding a cure for the disorder will run dry without more funding.
Lisa French, who runs ROHHAD Association, says the charity will need to raise around £300,000 for fundraising to continue into finding a cure.
Her son Aaron Hunter, 12, lives with ROHHAD – a rare, life-threatening condition that severely impacts quality of life, the Daily Record reports.
