Democratic Rep. Maxwell Frost, the youngest member of Congress, expressed his confidence in President Joe Biden's plan following a virtual meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus and discussions with high-level campaign officials. Frost stated that the combination of significant ad buys and upcoming campaign events in swing states has reassured him about Biden's chances.
During discussions with young voters, Frost noted that concerns were raised about Project 2025, a playbook from the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation for a potential Trump presidency, rather than Biden's age. Former President Donald Trump has distanced himself from Project 2025, claiming ignorance about it.
Frost revealed his plans to engage further with young voters by heading to New Hampshire over the weekend. He expressed his belief that Biden will secure a second term in the upcoming November elections and help Democrats regain control of the House.
Additionally, Frost criticized Trump's recent light campaign schedule, stating, 'I've seen Donald Trump on his a** riding around in a golf cart, disrespecting people.'
