A young woman has told of how her landlord threatened to force her to move out if she didn’t “do things for him.”
The 29-year-old said he insisted the only way she could keep a secure residency in her caravan was in exchange for sex and dirty photos.
The woman, who would like to remain anonymous, said she felt ashamed when she received the disgusting messages from her landlord - who is renting the caravan out on behalf of its owners.

She said: “I lost my job and suffer from mental health issues so no agencies wanted to accept my housing application.
“I put something out on Facebook and this man contacted me saying he had a caravan. I had no other choice so moved into the caravan and at first the man seemed very nice.
"But then he started coming around more often and staying longer each time."
After a while, the landlord even started sending messages and one read: “I'm going to put all cards on the table and I don't want u talking to ur friend getting there advice I want u to do what is best for u I'm sure u done alot worse for a lot less.
"So for 3 month secured tenancy I would want 10 pictures of u doing whatever I say. For 6 months secured tenancy I'd want 1 full night with u in underwear just me cuddling up to u allowed to touch u remove them and rub myself against u but no sex.
"For 12 month I get u all night watching u doing anything I say. Now this isn't anything I'd normally request off anyone but I really really fancy u and think ur body is amazing and I'm in a position where I need to be really selfish and get something for myself, I know I can never have u fully and that really hurts, but I really need a bit of u.
"I won't say anything again it's ur decision for u, I don't expect u too do any but I really hope u will. I'm not a perv I'm just a guy who's fell for a girl and it's a desperate attempt to have some part of her.
"If u would then let me know and I'll explain in more detail the expectations. If not I will help u with moving best I can but please don't hate me for this, things are happening and I just really need u."
The woman says that a more messages were sent and she felt that ignoring him would make it worse as he could speed up an eviction.
She is now sofa surfing and added: “At the moment I don’t have work so can’t get a home and can’t get a home as I don’t have work. I’m going around in circles.
“The messages made me feel awful. At first he seemed genuine but when it happened I felt disgusted and ashamed at myself. Sadly kind offers can turn out to be something else so women need to be careful.”
“I want to spread the message and make other women in this situation aware. I know I lived there without a contract but it was either stay there or be on the street.”
Since the incident occurred, the woman said he has apologised in follow-up messages, according to CornwallLive.
The matter was reported to Devon and Cornwall Police, officers confirmed.
