A mum who was given the heartbreaking news that she has cancer aged just 33 has shared her story to show that 'it's not just an older person's disease'.
Laura Franklin originally put down her symptoms to hormones, but after being struck down with a sharp pain in her chest, she made a doctors appointment.
She was diagnosed with the illness only a few weeks later.
