One young bartender in Leeds is 'killing rowdy customers with kindness' in his first bar staff job.
Christopher Sutcliffe, 24, has been working behind the bar in Boot & Rally, in Meanwood, for the past year.
He's learned a lot in that space of time - particularly with how to deal with people.

Most customers are "a delight" but he says ever so often there are customers who "look down" on him due to his age.
The 24-year-old, who is local to the Leeds suburb, says there are times he's had to 'stand his ground' in the Stonegate Road bar - but he's kept a smile on his face.
Christopher said: "Occasionally we have people who come in who've been having slightly too much of a good time.
"You get people who look down on you but I just kill them with kindness.
"I sort of just take it on the chin and stand my ground, and say 'that's that'.

"At the end of the day, I'm the one pulling the pints."
Christopher claims that bar-tending in Meanwood presents a different variety of challenges than in other areas of the city.
He said: "Because of its location, Meanwood doesn't have students doing the Otley Run but it's also not just 'old men pubs'. We like old men coming in and having our beer.

"There are a lot of bars here, with that you get a lot of local people coming out for drinks. Whether they've been on a little bit of a crawl or whatever. With that, we don't get too many issues.
"Like if people come in here just to binge, I'll politely ask them not to. I'm quite an outgoing person, I don't mind talking to strangers, it doesn't really bother me."
