A young mum has died after taking unwell on a Glasgow street.

Tributes have been paid to Ashley Carvill, 34, who passed away in hospital after being found unresponsive by passers-by in Castlemilk last week.

The mother-of-two was described as having "a heart of gold" and fought for several days before passing away at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on Sunday, the Daily Record reports.
