Of all the videos to emerge from the Bills’ first day of training camp at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, N.Y., one stood out involving the action off the field rather than on it.
As Josh Allen was leaving the field, a young fan passed up on the opportunity to get a much desired autograph, in favor of asking the star quarterback to instead supply his sister with a the memory of a lifetime.
The young fan told Allen, “My sister loves you, can you please give her a hug or something?” He added that she was the young girl wearing a Bills bucket hat.
The dual-threat leader of the Bills offense immediately went over to the crowd of fans and sought out the boy’s younger sibling.

As the 27 year-old talent made his way over to the young girl, she immediately began crying tears of joy as her football hero embraced her with a hug.
The two-time Pro Bowl gunslinger, who has posted an impressive 52–24 record as a starter in the NFL, gave this young girl a memory she will cherish for the rest of her life.
Witnessing these kinds of off-the-field moments are the ones that make sports special.
