All YouGarden orders are eligible for their free standard delivery option. This will be automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.
How are YouGarden plants delivered?
Your order will be picked and packed by their expert team with packaging that has been designed to withstand damage in transit whilst also protecting your plant.
When can I catch the best YouGarden deals?
YouGarden has sales throughout the year with some of the best savings found during their seasonal sales and key sales dates such as January sales, Easter, Summer, Black Friday, and Christmas. You can also save when you shop using the dedicated YouGarden sales section.
Are there YouGarden discount codes for students?
Unfortunately, YouGarden doesn’t offer a discount specifically for students at this time but it may have been available in the past. Should this change, we will update this page to give you all the relevant information to help you save on your next order. In the meantime, you can save on your purchases with our YouGarden offer codes.
Can NHS staff claim a YouGarden promo?
There isn’t an NHS or Blue Light Card discount code for YouGarden at this time, however, you can still save with our collection of voucher codes for YouGarden.
Does YouGarden accept returns?
Yes, they do accept returns. If you would like to send your items back, you have up to 30 days after the delivery date to do so. All returned items original condition in order to receive an exchange or a full refund.

How to use your YouGarden discount code
- Take a look at our YouGarden discount codes and click the ‘Get Code’ button to copy your ideal code and open the YouGarden website in a new tab.
- Open the website and add your favourite products to the basket.
- When you’re done, you can begin the checkout process by clicking the basket icon at the top of the page.
- This will display your order total and a ‘Promo Code’ box where you can enter your chosen YouGarden discount code.
- Click the ‘Apply’ button to secure your latest savings.
How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.
Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.
We also have a Copywriting team who update the FAQs, Hints & Tips and Buyers Guides sections with additional information on how you can save money at each retailer, alongside answering other queries you may have.
What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.
How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).
