You think weekend binge drinking is cool? Read what this study has found

If you are someone who looks forward to drinking over the weekend, you must also know the perils of it. Weekend drinking often involves binge drinking, which is consuming large amounts of alcohol in a short period.

A study published in the African Journal of Biological Sciences found a significant rise in BP after a weekend of social drinking in comparison to BP readings taken after a weekend in which no alcohol was consumed.
