In 14 seasons for Tottenham in the English Premier League, Harry Kane scored 213 goals in 317 appearances.
This offseason, at the age of 30, he signed with Bayern Munich. And every now and then, he reminds folks that he is still one of the best goal-scorers in the world – even if he did misfire on that penalty kick in the World Cup.
In Bundesliga play on Saturday, Bayern absolutely throttled Darmstadt by a score of 8-0 – and did so by playing a man down for the majority of the match after Joshua Kimmich picked up a red card in the fourth minute. Kane had a hat trick, but one goal stood out amongst the rest.
Kane scored from his own half of the field.
No, really. Just watch. And a quick reminder – it’s not the first time Kane has found the back of the net from this sort of distance.
