Viewers spotting strange bulges beneath Donald Trump's trousers in footage posted to Threads this week have renewed online speculation about the US president's health. The short video shows Trump, 80, leaving an event with aides and Secret Service personnel as he walks through a curtained corridor.
For context, the clip was shared alongside enlarged stills with arrows pointing to matching raised outlines beneath the back of both calves, just below the knee. The post asked, 'What is on the back of each of Trump's calves?' It offered no explanation, and neither has the White House.
