Pub chain Greene King is offering free pints if you share a surname with one of the England squad competing in this year's European Championships. The offer will run during every one of the Lionesses group games during the football tournament.
It comes as the pub firm says Brits are three times more likely to have heard of a male England footballer than female counterparts. So to help support Sarina Wiegman's team, the chain is offering a free pint or bottle of Ice Breaker Pale Ale or a soft drink alternative to any customers that have the same surname as a member of the England Women’s football team.
To claim your drink, all you have to do is show your photo ID at the bar during England's group games. The fixtures will be shown in a number of Green King sport pubs across England and Wales.
