Yilian Canizares & Antonio Lizana on exploring spirituality whilst pushing jazz boundaries

This week on Arts24's music show, we have the pleasure of welcoming Yilian Canizares, a classically trained Cuban-Swiss artist who has been embracing her Afro-Cuban roots and has just released her new album "Habana-Bahia". We also meet Spanish artist Antonio Lizana, who has given flamenco a jazz twist and is back with a new record entitled "Vishuddha". Through these new albums, both artists continue to push musical boundaries whilst exploring their own roots and spirituality. They popped by FRANCE 24 to speak to music critic Marjorie Hache.
