A yellow warning for snow and ice is now in place for West Lothian.
The Met Office warning for snow covers the county from 3pm on Saturday until 12pm on Sunday.
Motorists are being warned to drive carefully as icy air sweeps Scotland - bringing treacherous conditions with it.
The Met office said some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.
Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces. Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
