Yazmin Oukhellou has said she thought her pain would “never end” after the fatal crash that killed her on-off boyfriend Jake McLean, 33.

The Towie star, 28, flew to Marrakech following McLean’s funeral on August 16 for a “healing holiday” with her parents after she was left with serious injuries following the horror crash.

McLean, 33, was killed instantly on July 3 when his blue Mercedes E class saloon plunged 70ft off a cliff in Bodrum, Turkey, while the reality star broke her own arm to escape from the wreck.

In a post on her Instagram story, Oukhellou admitted she felt “so low” after the crash and is now trying to appreciate her “second chance” at life.

On Tuesday night, the ITVBe star re-shared a video urging people who are feeling low or depressed to reach out to someone to seek help.

It read: “I can’t do this anymore, I’m sorry. I can’t sleep at night knowing that the next day will be just like the previous. I’m tired of everything, I’m tired of staying up all night thinking.

“We’ve all been here before, don’t suffer alone. Reach out to me or anyone for help.”

Writing underneath the reel on her story, Oukhellou thanked her friends and family for supporting her through her grief and recovery.

She candidly penned: “Trust me when I say I’ve been here. I’ve felt this pain. I thought it would never end. I still have days where I feel so low. But I know that everything is temporary.

“I’ve realised now the importance of good friends and family.

“I’ve come away to spend quality time with my parents because god showed me how quickly life could be taken and how much l need to appreciate my second chance,” she continued.

“If you feel like this now and you don’t have a good support network PLEASE speak to someone.

“And please know that even though it hurts so bad right now. This is just a feeling and feelings do NOT last.

“You WILL get though this. & you WILL be stronger & better for it. Love Yaz."

Her heartfelt sentiment come weeks after the TV star was told by doctors who treated her that it was a “miracle” she survived the crash.

Admitting the accident has made her “look at life totally differently”, the TV personality told The Sun in July: “I severed an artery and a nerve, that’s why I bled so much.

“Now I’m just wondering how the hell did my partner die while I’ve survived? It’s made me look at life totally differently.”
