xQc leaves stream abruptly after falling sick as Sidemen Charity Match 2026 plans face uncertainty

Felix “xQc” Lengyel had to suddenly stop his livestream on April 16, 2026, after falling sick during a training session. He was preparing for the Sidemen Charity Match 2026 alongside fellow streamer Nicholas “Jynxzi.” What started as a normal practice quickly turned worrying when xQc sat down and looked unable to continue. The stream, which was live on Twitch, captured the moment in real time.

Jynxzi stayed close and tried to help him recover. He offered water and electrolytes, but xQc looked clearly uncomfortable. Within minutes, he admitted he felt like throwing up and had already been sick during the session. The stream ended shortly after, leaving fans concerned about his health just days before the big charity match.
