Further expansion of Grimsby’s flagship business park is being planned to meet demand for high quality industrial accommodation.
Wykeland Group has submitted an application to build three new units in the 15,000 to 20,000 sq ft bracket, in what would be another multi-million pound investment on site.
A letting for one has already been agreed, with an inward investor working towards completion, pending approval from North East Lincolnshire Council.

PPH Commercial is the long-standing commercial agency partner for Wykeland on Europarc.
Duncan Willey, divisional director, said: “This is a much needed speculative development aimed to meet the continued demand for good quality industrial accommodation in the town.
“We have already agreed one letting and are receiving good levels of enquiries given the shortage of industrial accommodation in the local area.”
Of a steel portal frame design, they are proposed to mirror the last physical builds, constructed in 2019/2020, when 45,000 sq ft added over two units in a £3.6 million investment.
The site is located to the South East of the park, off the main loop road, between soup producer Daniels Group and Morrisons' larger seafood site, backing onto the A180.
Built in phases over the past 20 years, more than 2,000 people are employed on Europarc, with a strong, but not exclusive food processing and allied services theme.
New England Seafood International and Two Sisters join Morrisons and Daniels, with Humber Seafood Institute and Proampac - formerly Ultimate Packaging - also present. Motorhome manufacturer Auto-Trail and bird seed and bait producer Haith’s are other notable operators, with the latter set to make way for New England’s planned strategic expansion in the coming years after the site was bought and leased back.
HSH Coldstores has plans for a significant further addition.
