WWE legend Hulk Hogan has been pictured using a walking stick after fellow Hall of Famer Kurt Angle claimed the 69-year-old "can't feel his legs" following back surgery.
Hogan and Angle both appeared WWE Raw's 30th anniversary show last month, with Hogan giving a speech to the crowd alongside his long-time manager Jimmy Hart. After the pair spoke at the event, Angle gave an alarming update about Hogan's health on his podcast The Kurt Angle Show.
"Hogan had his back surgery again," Angle said. "He had the nerves cut from his lower body. He can't feel his lower body. So [he] uses his cane to walk around.
"I thought he was using the cane because he had pain in his back. He doesn't have any pain. He has nothing at all.
"He can't feel anything. So now he can't feel his legs. So he has to walk with a cane which is, you know, that's pretty serious, man.
"I mean, I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into the business and [it] ate him up. I mean, if you're gonna kick off the show, the 30th anniversary of Raw, [it] should be Hulk Hogan.
"He's the name and face of the company. He's the guy that revolutionised pro wrestling. I have so much respect for him."
Hogan has since denied Angle's claims, with his representatives telling Entertainment Tonight that he is "doing well and is not paralysed" and TMZ also sharing a video of the six-time WWE champion doing fellow wrestler Ric Flair's iconic strut without needing a cane.
However, Hogan was spotted walking with a cane on Friday, having been pictured leaving the Department of Motor Vehicles in Clearwater, Florida with his son Nick.
