The 2023 offseason has been here for not quite a full week. Yet there are already rumbles emanating from the corners of the NBA media sphere catching our ears and testing the limits of credibility as the summer silly season sets in.
They range from Kyrie Irving trying to get LeBron James to join him on the Dallas Mavericks and James Harden thinking about leaving the Philadelphia 76ers for the Houston Rockets to the Charlotte Hornets wanting to draft Brandon Miller over Scoot Henderson. Oh, let’s not forget the rumbles that star Boston Celtics Jaylen Brown might want out of his current situation to sign with a new team after Boston’s 2023-24 campaign.
