Worrying increase in young men committing violent crimes in Perth and Kinross

Police chiefs have expressed "worry" over the increasing number of young Perth and Kinross males committing violence.

Chief superintendent Phil Davison's latest police report has revealed 10-17-year-olds account for a quarter of the common assaults committed by men.

Ch Supt Davison presented his latest quarterly report to Perth and Kinross Council's housing and communities committee when it met on January 24.
