Emmerdale viewers believed they had worked out teen mum Amelia Spencer's next storyline, after scenes on Friday night.
The character was left gutted when she learned her work would no longer be required with Jai Sharma at The Hide.
Amelia had helped them film some new videos for the business to post online, in a bid to get people talking about the place.
The hope was it would drum up some new customers, but unfortunately Amelia's online videos didn't make too much of a difference.
Despite them only being up for a day, Victoria Sugden revealed Jai had taken them down and told Amelia they no longer needed her services.
Amelia was gutted, believing she had finally found a money making role that she was good at only to be let go.
With her forced to rethink her plan and how to raise some cash for her and baby daughter Esther, a chat with Naomi Walters left viewers predicting a new storyline for the character.
Naomi asked Amelia what she was going to do before noticing she was scrolling through social media.
As she said: "Don't tell me you're gonna be an influencer," Amelia denied this before clicking on a mystery person's profile.
Naomi noticed and revealed: "I know her, she's making a fortune. She's done alright for herself."
As Amelia admitted she'd like to be like her, Naomi told her: "Not if you knew how she started out. She spent hours posting on this site.
"It was legit but definitely some shady bits. She tried to get me to do it but I couldn't be bothered. Anyway look at her now."
Amelia then looked thoughtful as she said: "Yeah, she's amazing."
Later, as Victoria shared her disappointment for her and hoped she'd find some work, Amelia said she'd figure things out before looking torn over something.
So will Amelia be swayed to follow the path of the girl she follows online, or will she find work elsewhere?
Viewers believed they knew what would happen next, taking to Twitter to predict this would lead to a new storyline for the troubled teen.
One viewer said: " Amelia better not be going down the OF [ OnlyFans ] route now too."
Another fan tweeted: "Amelia wants to be an influencer."
A third viewer said: "Amelia's going to end up on the sleezy side of the net."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
