NEW DELHI: China's Ding Liren and Indian Grandmaster D Gukesh collide at the World Chess Championship 2024 in Singapore in a 14-game showdown to determine the next world champion.

The tournament will run from November 25 to December 13 as 18-year-old Gukesh eyes the world crown and will look to become the first Indian after legendary Viswanathan Anand to win the title.
