NAGPUR: Archer Ojas Pravin Deotale is all set to end the city's 23-year wait for an Arjuna award. Ojas was on Wednesday recommended for the Arjuna award, for etching India's name in sporting history with a rare golden hat-trick at the Hangzhou Asian Games in October.
With the nomination of Ojas by a 12-member selection committee headed by retired Supreme Court judge AM Khanwilkar, the world champion archer will become only the second sportsperson from the city to be conferred the prestigious Arjuna award.
