Works starts on new 27-storey tower for the centre of Cardiff

Work has started on a 27-storey apartment scheme in the centre of Cardiff.

It comes as the Gramercy Tower built-to-rent development on Curran Road has been acquired by the Catella European Residential Fund III in a £37.5m forward funding dea.l

The 188 apartment scheme has been acquired from Urban Centric, with the Cardiff office of Knight Frank acting for the developer on the deal.
