Doors open at Lankan Filling Station in a Darlinghurst backstreet at 5pm. Within 10 minutes, four spots at the bar and two tables are taken.
Nicole already has her meal on the table, although she says this is early for her.
"Usually it's later, I like to eat about 6, 6:30pm," she says. "I have renovations at home so I can't reach the kitchen."
