Work completes on new Black Country logistics warehouse

Black Country St. Francis Christian Smith Walsall

Work has completed on a new £9 million industrial warehouse in the Black Country.

The speculative Parallel 113 development in Walsall covers 113,641 sq ft, has 106 parking spaces and is aimed at logistics operators.

The project in Darlaston Road has been led by investment and development group St Francis, working with main contractor MCS Group.
