Women's T20 Challenge Final: We knew game could go down to the wire, says Supernovas' captain Harmanpreet Kaur

PUNE: Supernovas' triumphant captain Harmanpreet Kaur on Saturday said that her side knew that the Women's T20 Challenge final against Velocity could go down to the wire.

In the end, Supernovas beat Velocity by four runs in a tense match to win their third title in four editions. But, it was not an easy win as Laura Wolvaardt threatened to almost single-handedly took Velocity within striking distance of a sensational win, with a blazing 65 not out off 40 balls.
