A woman has been left feeling "unhuman" after developing a rash on her leg which "smells like hot garbage".
Alyse has been forced to seek help from Dr Pimple Popper, whose real name is Dr Sandra Lee, after the nasty infection took over her legs.
In a teaser clip for the latest episode, which was shared on Instagram, the patient says she is "embarrassed" by her condition.
"If I get a nasty infection, it smells like hot garbage. It's damp and like, there's goo. The smell makes me gag sometimes, it's embarrassing.
"It makes you feel almost like, unhuman," she told the camera.
In the clip, Alyse was seen sat down with her legs spread apart. The painful-looking rash appeared to have spread all over the area.
The video then cut to a close up of Alyse's legs which were bright red as a result of the infection.
Captioning the post, the TLC Instagram page wrote: "Alyse has a red, itchy, and painful rash that smells like 'hot garbage'."
Fans took to the comments to offer their well-wishes to Alyse, with one person writing: "I hope they figure it out for you and it gets taken care of so you can live comfortably."
Another said: "This poor woman, I hope they find a diagnosis in a solution, so she can get back to living her life."
"I hope she gets some relief," a third person agreed and added a red heart emoji.
"Oh wow I hope she gets the relief she deserves," someone else commented.
Other fans offered suggestions about what the infection might be, with some saying it looked like Hidradenitis Suppurativa which is a painful, long-term skin condition that causes skin abscesses and scarring.
Sharing their own experience, one fan wrote: "I work in a jail and recently had a young woman come in with HS. It was incredibly bad in her armpit area. One of my male officers opened her cell door and started dry-heaving.
"I had to explain to them that it wasn't a hygiene issue, that this wasn't purposeful on her part, and advocated for her to receive care items to manage it."
Another said: "We are definitely warriors my sister."
