Woman trying to track down owner of briefcase stuffed full of sex toys 'worth £500'

A woman has appealed for help tracking down the owner of a briefcase stuffed full of sex toys worth £500.

Holly Adam, from Charminster, Dorset, was alerted to the smart-looking package when her dog started sniffing around it during their walk.

She unlocked the case to see what was inside, and found upon closer inspection that it was not just fly-tipped rubbish.

The woman discovered over a dozen of the pricey adult toys inside - and thinks someone may have misplaced it, reports Dorset Live.

Now her friend has joined the hunt for the rightful owner, and says the racy find could be worth a lot of money.

Friend Shadiya Zeinab said: "She lives just around the corner, she sent me the pictures. It's on the road near Cavendish Place

"Her dog was quite interested so she had to take him away pretty swiftly.

"You see a lot of fly tipping around here, but never that.

"I can't imagine anyone has claimed it yet. It was a whole briefcase - it's so random. I can't believe it, someone's chucked around £500 away, they're not cheap."

Shadiya posted a picture of the findings on social media.

Asking if anyone wanted to claim it, she wrote: "Anyone lost their finishing kit? Round Cavendish Place if so."

The discovery came days after dog walker Claire Robson, 44, was left mortified after having to bribe her dog with treats to drop a large sex toy he'd sniffed out on a riverbank walk.

She strolling along the River Tyne with one-year-old cocker spaniel Frankie, when he disappeared into a hedgerow to sniff around and returned with a rather unusual stick.

The mum-of-two initially thought Frankie had found a "rubbery pipe", but then realised it was actually an abandoned black sex toy, and was forced to lure the pooch with treats to drop it.

The playful pup paraded it around for 20 minutes and refused to hand it over, until Claire put some gloves on and finally pulled it away.

Claire, from Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, said: "He went into the hedgerow to sniff around and he found it on the bank side.

"I thought it was a big bit of plastic rubbery pipe [he'd found] because it was bouncing around a bit.

"After about two minutes I realised it wasn't a bit of rubbery pipe. It was a sex toy, which was about 10 inches long and was quite thick as well.

"He wouldn't come near us to start with because he'd found this 'treasure' and he obviously thought it was great."
