RESIDENTS have been evacuated following a fire at a block of flats in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Saracen Street at around 6.55pm on Thursday following reports of a blaze.
Residents were evacuated from the building.
A number of residents were checked over at the scene.
One woman was taken to hospital to be assessed.
Saracen Street was closed while emergency services attended the scene. The street has since reopened.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers remain in the area and enquiries are continuing.
"Members of the public are thanked for their patience."
