A woman who stabbed a student in the face with a broken bottle in a dispute over a chicken nugget during freshers' week in Leeds has been jailed.
Terrialena Parkin smashed the bottle into her victim's face after she asked him for money and he offered her the food. She was told by a judge that she poses a serious danger to the public after the "nasty and premeditated" attack.
Her university student victim had been enjoying a night out during freshers' week in Leeds when he was assaulted last September 22. Jeremy Barton, prosecuting, said the victim had ordered food from a takeaway and was sitting on a bench eating.
