When it comes to owning a dog, most people end up spoiling them with an extra toy or treat every now and then.
But one owner has taken this to a new level.
Owner Josephine Zosa has surprised her 12-year-old corgi, Jojo, with his very own room complete with a human-sized bed, self-portraits and hundreds of teddies.
Wanting to spoil her precious pooch, she has spent thousands decorating his bedroom, saying he can spend up to six hours a day in there playing with toys or watching his favourite shows on Disney Plus.
Josephine, from San Diego, California, said: "I always wanted to have a house of my own so I could give Jojo his own room.
"We have always lived in an apartment and moved around a lot but finally last year we got our own house with a garden.

"Jojo has so many things that I’ve always said it’s Jojo's house - I’m just here to pay the rent for him."
The 35-year-old got Jojo when he was four months old and treats him like her child because she doesn't have "any human kids" of her own.
He has gained quite the social media following with 119,000 fans on Instagram where he is known as Super Corgi Jojo.
Commenting on his bedroom, one fan gushed: "This is the level of crazy corgi parent we aspire to be."
While another added: "Those Lego sculptures are giving me life!"
A third said: "I love it! You have the coolest room ever!"
Josephine's other corgi, Kilo, can be spotted in some of the portraits in Jojo's room. and often spends time in there playing alongside his four-legged brother.
Known as the 'world's first surfing corgi', Josephine introduced Jojo to the waves five years ago as a way to help him regain his mental and physical strength after being injured in a dog attack.
"The vets were unsure if he would survive due to the severity of his injuries," said Josephine.
"Not one to back down from a challenge, Jojo was determined to come back stronger than ever. This is where his love for surfing and the beach blossomed.
"In order to recover from his injuries, veterinarians suggested water therapy as a solution to keep pressure off his atrophied muscles. He recovered quickly and even started surfing.
"After he had fully recovered, he was ready to take on a new role in the world."
Between spending time in his new room and at the beach, Jojo volunteers as a certified therapy dog.
