A woman has shown how you can check the amount of one-star reviews you have received on the Uber app - but warned that finding out how many you have could ruin your day.
The social media user, who can be found on TikTok under the username @emmatainment, shared the findings on the platform and the clip has since gone viral with over 1.8million people having seen it.
In the clip, she shares how you can log into the settings section of the app and find your tally but admitted that she was not even sure she wanted to view her own.
At the start of the clip, she says: "Did you know, there's a way of finding out how many one-star reviews you have received by Uber drivers.
"Well I'm going to show you and I'm going to ruin your day."
She then shows herself on her own Uber app where she then clicks into the privacy section of settings.
Then, she goes into the privacy centre and hovers over a button which asks: "Would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber?"
When she headed into this section and scrolled down she found her ratings but the woman was not sure she even wanted to see them.
Once you click into this she saw a summary of her last 500 rides with the tally of different ratings that drivers have given her.
The reviews are a key section of the app where customers can review their own drivers and drivers can review their customers.
If your reviews are consistently poor then you could lose the ability to use the app, so it is important to keep a good average star rating.
In her summary, the woman shows that she has had five one-star ratings which left her confused.
She claimed: "I have never seen one person who does not have at least three one stars."
In response, many have flooded the comments with their shock and surprise at seeing their bad ratings with some claiming they just sit in silence when they travel by Uber.
One person wrote; "Whoever gave me a two star rating when all I do is sit in silence. What do you want, a performance?"
Another stated: "I have two one-star reviews, all I do is sit there?"
A third penned: "I only have one but it is eating me alive. What did I do?"
