Woman shares look at 'body positive house' that sparks 'joy' in people online

Almost all of us could do with being a little bit kinder to ourselves, but we know how difficult it can be to feel confident in the way you look when there's so much pressure put on us to look and act a certain way.

One woman on TikTok is tackling those unrealistic beauty standards and expectations head-on though, as her whole house is dedicated to creating a "body-positive" environment that allows her to thrive and not feel bad about herself.

Charis recently shared one video on her account in which she went through some of the items in her house that help to lift her spirits and remind her that she's beautiful in her own body - including body-positive books, as well as artwork featuring curvier bodies, which Charis herself labelled "fat art".
