A savvy woman has shared how she transformed her living room for £90 after discovering a wood floor underneath her carpets.

After deciding to give her living room a makeover, conversion research manager Lorna Fraser was pleasantly surprised to discover wood flooring underneath her carpets. She said: "All of my Pinterest boards featured wood flooring and we had actually planned on buying some sort of laminate or wood flooring anyway as we knew we liked it.
