Woman 'screams' as she notices 'legs poking out' of her dinner

A woman was shouting in horror after finding "legs poking out" from her frozen spinach.

Claire Latham bought the bag of frozen veg during her big food shop at the beginning of the month at her local Asda store in Runcorn. But when she started to make her tea on June 19, she got the "shock of her life".

After defrosting the spinach, she began "bashing it up" ready to be mixed with her pasta sauce, when she was horrified to find two antennas and legs. She added her "tea was ruined" as she instantly threw it back in horror.
