A woman has told how her partner is the 'strongest woman she knows' as she fights a cancer without a cure. Ester Sanna Ferraiolo says Dorita Delle Donne "never cries" despite her heartbreaking illness.
Instead, the 32-year-old is "always smiling" - even though she knows there is currently no known treatment which can save her. Ester, 32, said: "“Dorita never cries. She’s always smiling - she’s the strongest woman I've ever met.
"But although she puts on a brave face for everyone, there must be a lot of pain there must be behind that smile. Because it must take so much effort to pretend that everything is alright when it’s not.”
