A woman faces losing almost £1,000 in holiday costs after failing to renew her son's passport.
Jenny Craig, 43, said she applied for a passport renewal for her son Isaac 12 weeks ago.
However, the family is concerned their holiday to Italy, which takes place in just under a month, may not go ahead. This comes after the family had to cancel a previous holiday to Morocco at Easter due to the same issue.
