No matter if you like them scrambled, poached or sunny side up, eggs are a staple in many morning dishes - and they're bound to end up on your plate one way or another when enjoying a cooked breakfast.
On of the most popular choices for serving the runny snacks is by simply frying it - and while you may assume that there's only one way of doing this, with a spatula, one woman has shared a means of completing the task without having the utensil to hand.
TikToker Brooke Bockbrader - who boasts more than 4,900 followers on the platform - detailed the life hack in a video posted to the streaming service. And it managed to exceed a mammoth 3.3million views to date.

The Mirror reports Brooke's method was simple. To start, she sprayed an oil over the base of her pan before cracking an egg in the centre. For flavour, she then used a pinch of salt and pepper on top.
Using a lid from a saucepan, she let some cold water run over the eggs before she placed the lid over the eggs to allow them to cook in the steam. Shortly after, the eggs were finished which allowed Brooke to slide the egg directly off of the pan and onto her plate for eating.
Captioning post the post, she explained: "Making eggs is so much less stressful now and I don't even need a spatula."
She shared her easy method alongside the viral quote: "Show me the life hack you randomly saw one day that is now an unconscious standard practice in your life - I'll go first."
Since sharing, Brooke's life hack has raked in over 800 comments to date. One person wrote: "Steamed egg. It's the easiest way to get over easy," while, a second penned: "My dad has made eggs like this my entire life. How are y'all just learning this now?"
Brooke replied: "I HAVE NO IDEA! I'm so disappointed that I'm just finding this out! I would have made eggs WAY more often," while someone else suggested: "You don't need to add water, just put the lid over the egg."
